I. Features of the Product:

1. Bank of Taiwan provides exchange services of the following 15 types of foreign currencies:

US Dollar, HK Dollar, Pound, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Singapore Dollar, Swiss Franc, Japanese Yen, Swedish Krona, New Zealand Dollar, Thailand Baht,  Philippine Peso, Indonesia Rupiah, Euro, and South Korean Won. (Note: please contact local BOT branches for types of exchange currencies and denominations.)

2. Offer multiple denominations of currencies for customers to choose from.

3. Service charges are waived.

4. Offer the most favorable exchange rates.

II. Features of the Service:

1.      Bank of Taiwan has branches located everywhere around the country.

2.      Offer simple and convenient procedures.

3.      Foreign currencies unused during the tour can be sold back conveniently.

4.      Exchange damaged or dirty USD bills (a certain amount of service fee will be charged based on specific conditions).

5.      Customers enjoy preferential exchange rates while using the Bank’s IC Cards to cash at foreign exchange ATMs.
