I. Features of Service

2. Bank of Taiwan regularly imports foreign currencies, therefore, it has abundant cash on hand and most of the cash are new bills.
3. Foreign currencies unused during the tour can be exchanged back or refunded.

5. With a complete line of foreign currencies, Bank of Taiwan offers the highest degree of convenience to the customers.
II. Service Items:
Purchase of foreign currencies for the purposes of studying abroad, immigration, tour, visiting relatives, and overseas business trips, etc. in the form of draft, traveler’s check or cash.
III. Qualified Applicants:
Individuals 20 years old or above, with ROC Identity Cards, Residence Permits of Taiwan or Alien Resident Visas.
IV. Methods of Application:
Please bring your ID card and seal to the local branches, fill in the Declaration Statement of Foreign Exchange Receipts and Disbursements or Transactions, and the Application for Outward Exchange or Exchange at the counter. The application will be accepted after the Bank checks with the Central Bank on-line.
