Qualified Applicants:
1. Officially registered companies.
2. Customers guaranteed by the Bank.
Types of Guarantee:
1. Guarantee of construction project.
2. Guarantee of installment payment.
3. Guarantee of loan.
4. Guarantee of import tax credit.
5. Guarantee of corporate bond issuance.
6. Guarantee of contract.
7. Guarantee of foreign labor guarantee fund
8. Other guarantees
Period:
One-year contract. The maximum effective period of each guarantee is three years after the issuance date.
Guarantee Fee Rate:
The annual rate ranges from 0.7%-1.2%, determined by each specific case. The guarantee fee is collected according to the actual guarantee amount and days of guarantee, with the minimum fee of NT$1,000.
Collateral:
The applicant should provide complete collateral or guarantee by Small and Medium Business Credit Guarantee Fund. To apply for guarantee of real transactions, the collateral provided should be at least 30% of the guarantee amount.
Removal of Guarantee:
The guarantee responsibility is automatically removed on the expiration date of the Guarantee Letter.
