Services	The Bank offers securities trust services to clients.  Based on the purpose of trust, the Bank manages, utilizes and settles the trust property for the interests of the beneficiary.

Decision-making Power of Utilization	Based on the specific trust contract, the trustee may or may not have the decision-making power of how to use the property.
Places for Application	The Trust Department and Business Department will discuss about the content of the contract with the client.  After signing the contract, the Business Department will help the client to handle the declaration of gift tax and transfer of the trust property.  Besides, the Business Department will also set up the basic data in the computer.  The Trust Department is responsible for the management, utilization, settlement and account-keeping of the trust property.
