一、開標時間：101年5月17日（星期四）上午10時10分。
Time of Bid Opening: 10:10 a.m. May 17, 2012

二、領取招標文件：請於101年5月8日至5月16日攜帶蓋妥印章之資格證明文件影本至台北市武昌街1段49號後棟3樓本部管理科領取，或附回郵信封函索。
From May 8 to May 16, 2012, please bring the documentation of qualification with the seals of enterprise and its responsible personnel to BOT/DPM, 3 F of Building B, 49 Wu Chang St., Sec. 1, Taipei or send a return envelope to BOT/DPM for invitation documentation.

The Gist: Announcement of allocation of Nicaragua Tariff Rate Quota for Peanut 250MT through a competitive process for the first lot of year 2012 (Lot No. 011).

公告事項：
Contents of Announcement:
一、開標時間：101年3月15日(星期五)上午10時10分。
Time of Bid Opening: 10:10 a.m. Mar. 15, 2012.

二、領取標單及投標期限：101年3月5日至101年3月14日。
Period of asking for invitation documentation and submitting bid: Mar. 5 ~ Mar. 14, 2012.
合格進口廠商請攜帶國貿局出進口廠商登記卡或蓋公司章及負責人章之「廠商基本資料」，至本部管理科(台北市武昌街1段49號後棟3樓)領取「廠商申請我國與尼加拉瓜自由貿易協定輸入關稅配額注意事項」、投標須知及標單。
For qualified importers who intend to submit their bids, the relevant invitation documentation is available in the office of BOT/DPM (3F of Building B, No. 49 Wu Chang St., Sec. 1, Taipei) against a copy of Importer/Exporter Registration Card or “Basic Data” stamped with the seals of the importer and its responsible personnel.

三、本案一律採通信投標方式辦理。
