I. Introduction
With the expectation to meet demands and quality needs, Bank of Taiwan extended a whole-new "fully-functional voice service system" by setting up a voice system for each sub-area in accordance with division ways of Chung-Wha TeleCom, making system use with inner-city rate possible and facilitating users to catch fair, rapid, and economic services just through a touch-tone phone, a fax machine, or a personal computer with a modem.
II. Services
1. Claim fiscard loss / inquiry
Free 24-hour, all year around service for claiming fiscard loss year around and free toll-free service line of Bank is 080-000258, and 16-area voice servers could function for "claiming fiscard loss", a safeguard for deposit clients.
Customers may consult through the pre-assigned number in case of any question regarding the uses of international fiscard.

For safety purpose, the initial password is randomized printing codes (including application items)and handed to the client at the counter. Users of the voice system could change their passwords or disuse through it (code of 9999 is for disuse of the system, and reuse will require re-apply).
5. Voice transfer
Clients with checking deposits, staff and labor beneficial deposits, bank staff deposits, flexible-term saving deposits, check accounts, or government official's and teacher's saving deposits could apply for voice transfer. The transfer-in accounts shall be pre-assigned with maximum times of 6, and the transfer amount shall be limited to the assigned amount (with currently high limit of TWD30,000,000 ). The government official's and teacher's saving account could be set only for transfer-out, while others allowed for transfer-in or transfer-out.
Current transfer services provided:
Transfers before 15:30 pm---pre-assigned transactions can be set for date within 6-month starting from the next business day.
Transfers after 15:30 pm---pre-assigned transactions can be set for date within 6-month from the 2nd business day.
In case making transfer in the non-business day, transaction will be valued/processed in the next business day.

IV. Application subject and process
Clients having deposit and loan business with Bank are the eligible. Natural person has to self apply in original approved branch with showing personal ID and the deposit book and fill out "Application form (and agreement) for voice services" with the personal registered stamp. Corporation shall apply by the legal representative.
V. Operation process
The system will guide users by voice through the services step by step detailed, easy, and friendly, never bringing users embarrassment of machine communication. The detailed operation process shows below, and users could apply after check up.
