Qualified Applicants:

Companies of digital content and cultural creative industries.

Purpose:

1. Provide capital to obtain tangible assets.
2. Provide capital to obtain intangible assets.
3. Provide working capital.

Maximum Amount:

80% of the amount applied, but the maximum amount per project should not exceed NT$100 million.

Interest Rate:

Fluctuating rate based on the mid- to long-term capital utilization interest rate plus 2%.

Period:

1. For purchase of land, factory buildings, offices, and exhibition and demonstration places: maximum 15 years, with 3-year grace period.
2. For purchase of machines, equipments, computer software and hardware: maximum 7 years, with 2-year grace period.
3. For purchase of intangible assets or working capital requirement: maximum 5 years, with 1-year grace period.

Collateral:

The applicant should provide collateral accepted by the Bank or guarantee by SME Trust Guarantee Fund.
