Qualified Applicants

Small and medium sized enterprises confirmed by the government regulation or guaranteed by Trust Guarantee Fund.

Purpose

Provide capital expenditure or working capital required to recover the loss incurred from typhoons, floods, earthquakes and non-resistible disasters.

Maximum Amount

Maximum NT$30 million.

Interest Rate

The interest rate is calculated by adding 1.5% to the random interest rate of two-year time savings deposits of the Postal Savings.

Period

1. For capital expenditure financing: maximum fifteen years, with grace period not exceeding three years.
2. For working capital financing: maximum two years, with grace period not exceeding six months.

Collateral

The applicant should provide collateral accepted by the Bank or guarantee by Trust Guarantee Fund.
