Qualified Applicants:

Companies or organizations that should appropriate retirement benefits or retirement reserve fund according to the Worker’s Retirement Payment Regulation. But public enterprises are excluded.

Purpose:

Provide operational capital.

Maximum Amount:

1. For small and middle sized enterprises or organizations: maximum total amount of loan per account should not exceed NT$5 million.
2. For other enterprises or organizations: maximum total amount of loan per account should not exceed NT$30 million.

Interest Rate:

As stipulated by the Bank.

Period:

Maximum 6 years, with 1-year grace period.

Collateral:

The applicant should provide collateral accepted by the Bank or guarantee by SME Trust Guarantee Fund.
