Small and medium sized enterprises confirmed by the government regulation or guaranteed by Trust Guarantee Fund.

Purpose

Provide working capital or capital expenditure for the replacement of machines, equipments, land, factories and buildings.

Interest Rate

The interest rate is calculated by adding a certain amount to the random interest rate of two-year time savings deposits (ordinary type) of the Bank.

Period

1. For short-term working capital financing: maximum one year.
2. For mid-term working capital financing: maximum five years.
3. For capital expenditure financing: maximum fifteen years for real estate; maximum five years for personal property.

Collateral

Except loans secured by bills and notes, L/C, or project contracts, the applicants should provide the Bank the complete collateral of the loan, or guarantee by Trust Guarantee Fund.
