Qualified Applicants:

Applicants approved and recommended by the Department of Health, the Executive Yuan.

Maximum Amount:

Up to the maximum amount set by the fund (categorized as first priority and second priority).

Interest Rate:

Fluctuating rate based on the two-year time savings deposit rate of the Postal Savings plus 2.7%. Applicants of the first priority list should prepare 20% of the fund, and the other 80% will be subsidized by the government. Applicants of the second priority list should prepare 40% of the fund, and the other 60% will be subsidized by the government.

Period:

1. For construction of buildings: maximum 15 years, with 3-year grace period for applicants of the first priority list, 2-year grace period for applicants of the second priority list.
2. For purchase of cancer treatment equipment: maximum 10 years, with 1-year grace period.

Collateral:

The applicant should provide collateral accepted by the Bank or guarantee by Trust Guarantee Fund.
