Qualified Applicants:

Companies of tourist and travel industries.

Purpose:

1. Provide capital required to purchase machines, equipments, land, buildings and other capital expenditures.
2. Provide capital required to purchase computer software and hardware.

Maximum Amount:

1. The maximum amount should not exceed 80% of the predicted cost of the investment.
2. For tourist parks and hotels: the maximum amount should not exceed NT$100 million; for travel agencies: the maximum amount should not exceed NT$60 million.

Interest Rate:

Fluctuating rate based on the mid- to long-term capital utilization interest rate plus 1.65%.

Period:

Maximum 10 years, with 3-year grace period. For operation of rented hotels, the loan period should not exceed the expiration date of the rent.

Collateral:

The applicant should provide collateral accepted by the Bank or guarantee by SME Trust Guarantee Fund.
