I. Methods of Exchange and Services:

Customers relevant Identity Document (ID) can make foreign exchange as below by using Currency Exchange Machines.

• Exchange New Taiwan Dollars to US Dollars , Japanese Yen or Chinese Yuan.
• Exchange US Dollars , Japanese Yen or Chinese Yuan to New Taiwan Dollars.
  (Customers using the above two services must be over 18 years old)
• Customers can also use the ATM cards issued by Bank of Taiwan or other banks in Taiwan to withdraw US Dollars , Japanese Yen or Chinese Yuan from our Currency Exchange Machines with the deduction from the NTD account. II.Types of Identity Document (ID) Required:

• ROC National – ROC (Taiwan) Identity Card or Passport.
• Foreign National – Passport or ROC (Taiwan) Resident Certificate.
• People of Mainland China/Hong Kong/Macao – Entry/Exit Permit for Taiwan Area or ROC (Taiwan) Resident Certificate.

IV. Exchange Rates and Service Charges:

• Exchange rate is based on the Bank of Taiwan (Cash) Currency Exchange Rates:
  The listed cash exchange rate is used but actual exchange rate will be determinedat the time of transaction and accepted by the customer.
• No additional service charge is required for CASH transactions.

V. Maximum Amount of Exchange: (Per Calendar Day)

1. The accumulated amount of foreign exchange purchased and sold made by using the Currency Exchange Machine for each customer per calendar day shall not exceed the equivalent of TWD100,000.
2. The accumulated amount of exchange for each customer to exchange CNY to TWD, or exchange TWD to CNY is CNY20,000 respectively per calendar day. The amount of exchange in CNY is counted as accumulation to the extent of item 1 above.
