Qualified Applicants

ROC citizens that meet the standard of first-time housing purchase set by the governing authority. (At present, the Bank offers this service in Kaohsiung City, Tainan County, Tainan City, Taipei County, and Yilan County.)

Maximum Amount

Maximum NT$2.2 million.

Interest Rate

For borrowing less than NT$2.2 million, the interest rate is the same as that of the public housing loans (2.68% at present). For borrowing above NT$2.2 million, the interest rate is calculated based on the Bank’s time savings interest rate index.

Period

Maximum 30 years, with 5-year grace period.

Collateral

Land and buildings.
