Qualified Applicants

Labor defined by the Council of Labor Affairs of the Executive Yuan and meets the standard of the Bank.

Maximum Amount

For building construction and purchase: maximum NT$2.2 million.

Interest Rate

Same as the interest rate of public housing loans (2.74% at present). For borrowing more than NT$2.2 million, the interest rate is calculated based on the Bank’s time savings interest rate index.

Period

For building construction and purchase: maximum 30 years.

Collateral

Land and buildings.
